Corned Beef Crescent Roll Ring

Remember the Chicken Ring I posted about?  Well last night I was in the mood for it but didn't have the chicken, I had corned beef on hand so I thought I would try that one and it came out pretty darn good.

Here's the ingredients I used, as you can see pretty simple and something we all have laying around the house.  Well.....maybe I should say laying around the kitchen, not the house per say!

We start by laying out 2 packs of crescent rolls on the baking stone.  You want to leave an opening in the center, about 5 inches or so.

Using a rolling pin, smooth them out.

In a bowl, add 1 can of corned beef and smoosh it up with the spoon.

Add one can of cream of chicken soup.

Chop up 2 or 3 green onions and add to the bowl...

Next I added some garlic powder, you could also add minced garlic if you want.

Then some ground black pepper, yeah I love black pepper I'm sure you've noticed.

Give it a good stir and now we're going to build up our ring.

Spoon the mixture onto the ring, all the way around

Now take some mozzarella slices and cut them in half, then lay them on the mixture

Start folding in the crescent rolls, towards the center and tucking underneath.

Isn't it pretty????  I'm getting hungry again LOL

Pop it into a 425º oven for about 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Enjoy!  Quick and easy lunch or dinner or even as a snack :)
